Strength and mobility for effortless movement and injury prevention
I am a Personal Trainer at Les Mills Newmarket, and I can be booked through this website, or their online booking portal. I can also offer bodyweight/calisthenics training as a mobile service in your home. This allows me to tailor a program to your goals, using the equipment and space you have available.
I can help with a variety of goals, but my passion is mobility and balance, and I specialise in handstand coaching, bodyweight training, and corrective exercise. I love helping people move better, feel freer in their bodies, and achieve ranges of motion they never thought possible. The best part of my day is seeing someone find joy in movement.
Individual coaching rates
1 hour: $85
45 minutes: $65
30 minutes: $50
Group bookings
2 people: $75/hour per person
3 people: $70/hour per person
Minimum 1 hour for group bookings. Maximum 3 people.
For members of Les Mills Newmarket, I can be booked through their system at these rates.
I can travel to you at an extra charge of $20. Outside Central Auckland may incur an additional charge.
If you don’t have space available, I can book a space but it will affect the cost of the booking. In this instance I would recommend a group booking where you can split the cost of renting an affordable community center or dance hall.
